Daylight saving is important process as it helps to save a time on daylight opposite to "just sleeping over" the time you could spend thoughtfully by washing your cloths, getting your children to school, or opening a company in Latvia. Yes, in Latvia!

Daylight saving caused problems

Where it is observed, daylight savings has been known to cause some problems be it a civilian or a company (legal person). Only 83 percent of questionnaires in survey showed they know when to switch the time in 2010. When to switch the time?

Typically clocks are adjusted forward one hour near the start of spring and are adjusted backward in autumn so that evenings have more daylight and mornings have less.
